Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the SphereLinks service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SphereLinks ("we", "us", or "our"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

SphereLinks provides an AI-powered image-to-3D generation service. You upload an image; our system produces a 3D mesh with physically-based rendering (PBR) texture maps, delivered as a GLB file you can download and use in your projects.

The Service is provided on a credit basis. Each completed generation consumes one credit from your account balance. Credits must be purchased in advance.

To use the Service you must create an account with a valid email address and a password.

• ·You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• ·You must not share your account or allow others to access it on your behalf.
• ·You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• ·You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• ·You must be at least 13 years of age to register.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we have reason to believe are being used fraudulently.

Credits are the in-service currency used to generate 3D models. One credit is consumed per successfully completed generation.

• ·Credits are purchased in advance and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• ·Credits do not expire. There are no monthly resets or subscription obligations.
• ·Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
• ·A credit is only consumed when a generation job completes successfully. Failed jobs do not consume credits.
• ·Prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By purchasing credits you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service. We do not store your card details.

Due to the computational cost of running GPU inference, all credit purchases are non-refundable once the transaction is complete, except where required by applicable law.

We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

• ·A payment was charged but credits were never added to your account due to a technical error on our side.
• ·A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment gateway error.

To request a refund for one of the above reasons, contact us at support@spherelinks.com within 14 days of the charge, including your registered email and the transaction ID.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to:

• ·Upload only images that you own or have the right to use.
• ·Use generated 3D models in accordance with any licence attached to the source images.
• ·Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• ·Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service.

Your content

You retain full ownership of images you upload and 3D models generated from them. By uploading an image you grant SphereLinks a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that image solely for the purpose of generating your requested 3D model. We do not claim ownership over your uploads or outputs.

Our content

The SphereLinks platform, including its software, user interface, branding, and documentation, is owned by SphereLinks and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without express written permission.

AI model outputs

SphereLinks makes no warranties regarding the uniqueness of generated 3D models. Other users may generate visually similar outputs from the same or similar input images. You are responsible for verifying that your use of any generated asset does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

You must not use the Service to:

• ·Generate content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or harassing.
• ·Upload images that contain personal data of third parties without their consent.
• ·Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
• ·Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI model.
• ·Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal use.
• ·Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or technical protections.
• ·Resell or sublicense access to the Service or your account credits.
• ·Use the Service to train a competing AI model or service.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining credits without refund.

We aim to provide reliable access to the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• ·Scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• ·Third-party infrastructure outages (AWS, Modal, Razorpay).
• ·Events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).

We will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from Service unavailability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. Where practicable, we will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• ·Generated 3D models will meet your quality expectations or requirements.
• ·The Service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
• ·Results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.
• ·The Service will be compatible with all third-party software or platforms.

AI-generated outputs may be imperfect. You should review all outputs before use in production environments.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SphereLinks and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to SphereLinks in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability; in such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases and any unused credits are forfeited without refund.

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

• ·You materially breach these Terms.
• ·We are required to do so by law or a competent authority.
• ·We determine your account is being used fraudulently.
• ·Continued operation of your account poses a security or legal risk.

Sections 6, 7, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where SphereLinks is incorporated.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will:

• ·Update the "Effective" date at the top of this page.
• ·Send a notification to your registered email address for significant changes.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
