This guide walks you through your first generation from image upload to downloaded GLB file.

Step 1 — Prepare your image

The AI works best when the subject is clearly visible and well-lit. Some tips:

  • Use a plain or blurred background so the subject stands out.

  • Avoid extreme perspective angles — a slight ¾ view works better than straight-on.

  • JPEG and PNG files up to 10 MB are accepted.

  • Minimum recommended resolution: 512 × 512 px.

Step 2 — Upload and configure

  1. From the dashboard click Generate in the top navigation.

  2. Drag-and-drop your image onto the upload zone, or click to browse.

  3. Optionally expand Advanced Settings to adjust generation parameters:

  • Steps — inference steps (higher = more detail, slower)

  • Seed — change this to get a different variation

  • Texture size — 512 or 1024 px

  • Mesh simplification — lower values produce fewer polygons

Step 3 — Generate

Click Generate 3D Model. One credit is deducted and the job is queued. Generation typically takes 60 – 120 seconds depending on server load. A live progress bar tracks the job.

Step 4 — Preview and download

Once complete, an interactive 3D preview appears. You can orbit, zoom, and pan the model. Click Download GLB to save the file.

Importing into the editor

Click Open in Editor to import the generated model directly into a new scene without downloading. From there you can add lighting, other objects, and adjust materials.

Failed generation? Credits are automatically refunded if the job errors out. Retry with a different image or seed value.
